Soaps from this weekend!
Taiwanese Swirl- FOs Guava & Fig and Living Coral Reef from WSP at 3:1 ratio. I over-mixed it, so the ends look weird. Liquid 100% AVJ. A duplicate of my first batch ever, which I loved, but with Sodium Gluconate and Sorbitol instead of Citric Acid and nothing. Photo of the bottom of the loaf and some finished bars

Wood Pour- FOs of Mystical Woods and Sandalwood 104 also from WSP at 1:1 ratio. A honey, beeswax, and colloidal oatmeal soap. Not a very good wood pour, but the colors are there.
I cut some bars vertically and some horizontally.

That is so cool how the colors (like the green and purple) in your Taiwanese Swirl soaps are thinly outlined! It gives a really cool definition. Very pretty!

Thank you!
I dispersed micas in oil and used pipettes to place the colors right next to the dividers. I poured the batter to the opposite side as the oils to smooth them out and press them in place (eventually, I found a few ways to not do this first). Then I took the dividers out and swirled it, and the oil absorbed into the soap, leaving behind shiny mica.
