Help with INCI for Olivem 1000

Good afternoon everyone. I can't find the proper INCI name for Olivem 1000 to fill out my Cosmetic Notification Form. Does anyone know what to put? Thank you!

I think I found the answer to my own question and hope it helps others. Because it is a blend of 2 separate ingredients, they need to be entered individually. I'll give it a whirl. Have a wonderful day everyone!!

• NCI: Cetearyl Olivate, Sorbitan Olivate.
• Cetearyl Ollivate 50-70%
• Sorbitan Olivate 30 - 50%
