Fruit Butters

Hello All!

I was searching around the other day for a place to shop from in Texas and came across a company that sells things like Strawberry butter. I've never heard of anything like that or seen it in any recipe... so my questions are:

1.) How would one use this?
2.) What kind of recipes would be out there for something like this?

It has suggestions in the product description. It's basically palm oil and strawberry oil whipped into butter, so whatever you would use whipped palm oil for I bet it has great label appeal.
