My latest salt bars. Made with 80% CO, 100% salt. Uncolored except for 2 oz of dark chocolate beer concentrate. A pinch of poppy seeds swirled around and scented with a blend of dark chocolate, orange and amber.

The FO's I used are supposed to discolor, I'm hoping for a fairly dark brown.

Interesting! I've been contemplating doing a chocolate orange one myself; those little candy sticks with the gooey orange jelly-stuff in them are my favorite.

Yep, they are my favorite too. The scent has deepened on these, more chocolate and less orange. The beer scent is completely gone now and they are slowly starting to change color, still hoping they get dark.

If I was looking for a more orange scent, I would add one more part orange EO to the blend.

I generally add my salt at emulsion, SB until medium trace then immediately pour. This has kept the batter relatively thin for me and gives a nice smooth bar, especially in single cavity molds.
