I imagine you could though I never have. I hand wash all my molds and soaping tools. Mose silicone is made to withstand high heat so it shouldn't be a problem. Maybe someone who's actually done it will pipe in.
 
Yes, you can. Silicone can handle really high temperatures. Had silicone baking molds before ever using them with soap and then went right in the dishwasher. If you want to be cautious you can put them on the top rack only.
