Potential problems with a name that ends in "Co."?

I'm finalizing my name and was wondering if there are any negatives to ending a name with Co. like....

Soapy Suds Bath Co.
or
Soapy Suds Bath and Body Co.

(these are fake names of course)

Would the "Co." be the official name or would it actually be "Company" and the "Co." is just an abbreviation?

And are there any legal issues to consider like how you can't put "Inc." at the end unless you're incorporated.

I would register it as XXXXX Company & use the Co. abbreviation on my labeling, etc.

I registered my business name with "Co." at the end - not the actual word "Company" - and I had no problems.

I know it can be confused with "corporation" - so you may want to look into it further. I'm not sure what the rules are in the US or other provinces.
