Cucumber and/or Avocado Proportions

I've never handmilled soap and would like to try. I understand making a basic CP soap and handmilling it within one to two days after pouring into molds but get confused how and what proportions to use to incorporate cucumbers and/or avocado to a batch.

Is there a general rule of thumb when doing so? Are there actual recipes for handmilled soap?

the general rule of thumb for avocado is 1tbsp of pureed pulp per pound of oils.
