As you may have read in an earlier post, they had some great clearance stuff, but when my order arrived, a few things were missing.
I wrote them, and they shipped the stuff out. They wrote back and apologized and sent what was omitted. Except for one item.
I assumed it was out of stock, but since they hadn't issued a credit, I wrote them again. Again they wrote back almost immediately,
offered me a credit AND gave me a gift card for my next purchase.

But--I wasn't able to access my account. The customer service rep, Brandon, spend about half an hour back and forth on email
fixing it so I could log in.

That's what I call good customer service.
