i was wondering if it is possible to get a white vegetable oil soap w/o adding titanium dioxide or some such colorant. would using crisco work? i've read that using crisco will result in a soft soap. coconut oil is quite white and i always use this in my soaps...but i use palm and olive and others that are not white as well. any suggestions?

i dont use tit. ox, but use light colored olive oil. crisco, and coconut and make sure your fo doesnt have color, i used lemongrass and it turned out almost white. we just talked about this, you could do a search under white soap and see what was said. good luck.
