Honestly... I don't use any of those. The only number I check for new recipes is the total linoleic/linolenic number, as I have found that I have trouble with DOS when that number is over a combined total of 17. (I think others have said 15 on this forum which is what made me start looking at the number.) Mostly I see what a soap is like at 6 week cure, after several months, and after a year, to see how the recipe performs as it ages, and the shelf life stability.
