A good book to help you get started is "The Everything Soapmaking Book"-- Michael's, Border's and Barnes & Noble all sell it. It has a lot of good, basic information.
Also, this forum is incredible!!!! You won't find a more friendly, helpful, informative soap forum anywhere!!!
