:smile: Hi Guys, I have been offered some sheeps milk from a local farmer. I'm assuming it would be similar to working with any kind of milk but should I be doing anything differently as it will be unpasteurised? Any input greatly appreciated.
I use unpasteurised cow's milk for all my milk soaps. The yogurt I make is sort of pasteurized, but the buttermilk is not. I wish I knew some goat and sheep people!
