Billie (DW) has researched and added incense to our hobby list (beyond candles, CP soaps, lotions, lip balms, and bath melts). Since it is fairly easy, I made this video showing this very simple process to make your own incense sticks. I figured the costs at just under 5 cents ($0.05) per stick, which is about 1/3 to 1/4 the retail cost. Plus you can use any scent you want to try.

I felt like a dork for my first video performance (Billie has made all of the CP soap swirl videos), but then maybe I am a dork. :D Anyway, I hope it's worth your time.

Thanks for that Wayne. It was interesting but I didn't hear what DPG is.

Sorry. DPG (dipropylene glycol) is a liquid solvent used in preparing fragrance oils for use in incense making, and potpourri pots. You can get it at places like Bitercreek or Natures Garden, or possibly local hobby stores.
