...by the drop???

I ordered low ph colors from bramble berry and prefer to use them by the drop then to dilute them in water. How many drops should I add per pound of oils?

http://www.brambleberry.com/Basic12.aspx

has instuctions.

they also have a pdg file of how to use lab colors and a color chart that you can purchase for $2.50 each.

it gives a min and max amount to use per pound of finished cp soap.

my instruction sheet says it is not neccessary to dilute when making cp soap. it works better if you mix them with a small amount of your soap first and then add to the main batch if you are coloring the whole batch, otherwise you end up with splotchy soap.

low ph blends are not suitable for cp soap, so say the instruction sheets i have. as the colorants will not stand up to the lye.
