Halloween soaps

Well my soap is in my silicon molds pumkins and skulls we shall see how they come out. My daughter helped me pour and swirl. I did notice not overfilling them was tough to do the molds were kinda small. Oh well we shall see in a day or so.

They came out cute. So I made a few more today. I need a camera to take pics. I stuck the molds in the freezer for a little whie and they popped right out.

did you just get the lil cake silicone molds? I've seen the cak silicone molds and have been tempted :twisted: lol

I've done silicone molds too and they usually pop right out even without freezing. I do put mine in the fridge to prevent any kind of gel though. I haven't tried to force gel with them, but I think it would work with an oven method since the Wilton silicone molds are made to withstand high temps.

I used ice cube trays. Others have used the cake molds and had no problem.

i've used the silicone ice cube molds they work really well!
