Chicken brining question

Totally unrelated to soap... but that's what this board is for. Hopefully someone might know a thing or two about poultry.

So I would like to roast a chicken for dinner one of these nights, but I never have time to brine and roast a bird on the same night. After I brine, I always rinse before I roast. So if I rinse, does anyone know, can I just put it back in the fridge until the next night?

I don't know the answer to your question, but I have used this recipe for a roasted chicken before: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/juicy-roasted-chicken/detail.aspx
It doesn't use a brine and my family and I thought it was good.
