I have made a loaf soap with 3 colours and the middle layer is a black strip in between two yellow/amber layers.

When I slice the loaf, how do I do it so that the black doesn't smear down into the yellow? Does anyone have any special techniques or tools or will it just work nicely?

Thanks

Make sure you don't cut too soon and lay the log on its side. A wire cheese cutter usually leave minimal drag marks.

And here is my beer soap
