Cure time for HP Castile

OK... So it's not a true castile. It's 90 oo/10 co. I know that for a CP castile it should cure for a long time >6 months. What are peoples thought on a Bastile that's been HP?

That would be a bastille and I would still cure it for several months. High OO.

I concur - with that much OO, it'll need a long old cure

Why do they need such a long cure time? Not doubting, just trying to understand it.

Because high OO soaps will remain relatively soft and also it will take time for it to become a really nice bar. Castille can have a slimy lather and I'm thinking that 90% would also cause more of a slimy lather without a good cure. However, give it a try sooner and see what you think of it.
