Where can I get recycled plastic lip balm tubes?

I've been ordering them from MMS, but the last few batches have had a large number that just won't twist up. Customer service seems to think it's something I'm doing wrong (although nothing has changed, including my recipe, my equipment, etc.). So I'd like to take my business elsewhere. Anyone know where I can get 100% recycled plastic lip balm tubes? Google isn't very helpful.

i try to be as green as possible with my products. when and if i find a good source for recycled plastic tubes i will let you know.

mountain rose herbs has 85% post consumer waste plastic clear lip balm tubes. i've used them for a year and a half now and really like them. i've only had one that wouldn't twist so far.
