I tried to do a Nag Champa soap last night and instead of blending the oils like I normally do, my wonderful brain said, heyyy I have Nag Champa Oil... wonder if I can use that.

I was at a light trace and as soon as I put my oil in BAM! Curds! Separation!!!

It was going to be beautiful with the backstair blue mixed with activated charcoal but once the oil went it it just went poof, blah, yuck!

I drained the spongy stuff and threw it out because re-batching for me is not something I've just mastered 100%. But if there anything I can do with the left over oil? Can I use it to burn? Can it be used as massage oil? It looks ugly but well I'm worried about the lye and how harmful it would be to re-use it.

Suggestions? I think this is Soap disaster week for me....

Ingredients : GSO, Shea Butter, PKO, CO, water, lye, pigment, and that darn nag champa from sai babi.

:crazy::crazy:

Ok I've thrown it all away. Maybe I can find a supplier that sells nag champa oil specifically for cp soap making. Off to research.
