Hello I just made my first soap and now planning to make a Neem bar ,I need complete guidance about oils and herbs ?can we add sulpher ?for make it good for itching or prickly heats .?

There are a great deal of threads already covering this. Try going to google and typing 'neem soap recipe site:soapmakingforum.com' and there will be a lot of hits

Don't mess with sulphur if you have not done a fair amount of studying about how to properly add it to soap. Sulphur is tricky to use even for a person who has made many batches of soap. Failures are common.

At this point, with only one batch of soap under your belt -- I strongly advise that you stick with learning how to make a decent non-sulphur soap first, with or without neem.
