Moving the mold at all after pouring can cause the wrinkly surface as the top has already cooled enough to harden. Pour and then don’t disturb even a little for a couple hours and that should help.

I think the disturbance is one of the points. But I also get this when I spray isopropyl alcohol on the top. Is that normal?

Is this photo taken once the soaps are hardened, or just a few minutes after pouring and spraying? They look like all my M&P soaps do just after pour, when they're starting to cool, but mine firm up and even out as they cool.

Are you using a manufactured base or making your own. The avocado base that I make will always wrinkle even when I am carefully melting it down. On the other hand, overheating some bases can cause wrinkling. While I am not an expert with m&p my daughter was.
