To much poppyseed?

Is it possible to use to much poppy seed? I made a 2 color soap and sprinkled poppy seed as a divider for a black line. I totally covered it. I have never used poppy seeds before so I'm just wondering if it will be to scratchy or what.

Poppy seeds are a bit scratchy but not as bad as something sharp like coffee grinds.

If the line is very tightly spaced and more than a seed or two thick, there's a risk the soap will break at the line. The two soap sides have to touch each other ever so slightly. Your poppy pencil line needs to be very, very thin.
