Strange spots showing up one week after soaping

Does anyone know what these little spots in my soap are? They are translucent like glycerin rivers, but they only showed up a week after I cut my soap and they don't have the typical texture of glycerin rivers. The FO I used discolored my white soap to a light tan - could a FO do this to a soap?

did you use titanium dioxide or kaolin clay in your soap?

That looks like tiny clumps of TD or clay that were dragged across your bar as it was cut. What happens if you try to wipe them off?

I used titanium dioxide, but the spots didn't show up until about a week after the bars were cut and they are translucent like glycerin (the spots I am talking about are embedded in the white portion of the soap and almost look intentional since they follow some of the "swirl" of the soap batter)

It is TD and they showed up later as the soap discoloured a bit after cure. Possibly also glycerin rivers as TD can contribute to getting glycerin rivers.
