soap receipes for eczema

Hi everyone, I've just joined. I suffer from eczema on both my hands and have tried almost everything on the shelf to get rid of it however nothing is working. I thought I might give it a try and make my own.

Does anyone have any good receipes to make body wash/hand cream/ liquid soap and shampoo and conditioner??

I will try anything!!!!

There are some studies that have been done about wheat & gluten in bath and body products irritating eczema.
I have no idea if it's true, but I've talked to people that have eczema and have switched to wheat free b & b products and have seen a difference.
