Buns
Ingredients:
1 cup, very fine semolina
3 cups very strong white bread flour
7 grams fast acting dried yeast
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons soya lecithin ( dissolved in water)
2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons full fat yogurt
1 tablespoon stevia
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 to 1 1/2 Luke warm water
Ingredients
1. Dissolve the yeast and stevia in 1 cup of Luke warm water. Set aside.
2. Combine all dry ingredients, stir until all combine.
3. Make a hole in the middle of the flour, add all wet ingredients.
4. Whisk for 10 minutes, add more water if needed.
5. Let it rise for 1 to 2 hours.
6. Shape in buns shape as bigger as you fancy.
7. Let it rise for 30 to 40 minutes or until it double in size.
8. Bake in pre-heated oven of 180 degrees centigrade.
9. Brush with milk or egg then sprinkle with sesame or any seed you like.
10. Bake around 25 to 30 minutes or until when it tap it sounds hallow.
11. Let it cool
