Good Afternoon,

I have recently learned to mix my colorants in a bit of glycerin. Do I have to account for this in my recipe?
Oh, and I was going to add a little glitter to my colors, but it is made with aliminum and plastic, so I assume I CANNOT add it like I was hoping to.

No, you don't need to account for the glycerin in your soap recipe. Just don't overdo -- a lot of added glycerin could make your soap softer than you would like.

Glitter made with aluminum and plastic -- I definitely wouldn't use that in your soap. Others can help you choose the right kind of glitter that is safe.
