I have several pounds of soap I want to rebatch, is there any power way to do this? I was thinking a food processor, but before I attempt anything I'm curious if anyone has tried it before.

Please let me know if you have any ideas.

I haven't tried it with a food processor, just the good old hand grater and lots of muscle. Makes you appreciate all the extra work in rebatching as far as grating is concerned :) .

If you cut it into small enought pieces then a food processor works pretty good. I wouldn't use it for food again though.

I bought a Salad Shooter at our local Goodwill store and it works great for grating up soap for rebatch. You just have to get the soap into pieces that will fit inside the feeder tube.
