I miscopied a soap formula and made soap with a 34% superfat.
Fourteen extra ounces were added by mistake. It is still sitting in the mold looking very pretty. I wonder if the high superfat will make this soap have a very short lifespan, or if it will be over the top wonderful. Soapcalc shows that the qualities are within the suggested range. Has anyone else had a super-dee-dooper fatted soap? What was it like?

I have no idea what it would be like; a lot would depend on your base formula.

Assuming it's solid, I'd reserve at least a few bars and see how they cure out. If it were me, I'd probably rebatch the rest.

it will come out of the mold alright but it will be soft and oily depending on the oils and butters you used. You can rebatch and add some old soaps to it. Hopefully that will help.
