I saw it on some doctor show on TV, and I had read about it before... I had thought about trying it, but then I saw them do it on the doctor show, and they showed the stuff they spit out up close, and it made me sick to my stomach to see it, which now makes me sick to my stomach when I think about it, so that kinda spoiled the idea for me, even though it sounds like a good theory...

I don't know if I did it right, but I tried it once... Nearly gagged when I first put the oil in my mouth, and then I struggled to not swallow every 30 seconds or so. After that, I wasn't going to do it again. Heh

Read about it while searching Pinterest for DIY teeth whitening. I opted for brushing my teeth with activated charcoal
If sounds scary but it's only actually messy.
