mold liner ...

I have some silicone mats for baking that I want to cut and make a liner for my soap mold. Anyone know if there's a certain kind of silicone you have to use? I have a tube of 100% premium waterproof silicone-- sunproof freeze proof --- I'm wondering if I can use this to put the pieces together.

I do most all most all of my soaps IMOP ...

Any thoughts ????

I used the silicone mats for cooking I just bought one at BB&B and cut it to size works great.

Thanks Teri! Did it cover the sides of your mold with it or just the bottom.

The whole thing I used the largest mat I could find and cut it to size, I love it no more lining every time.
