Indigo powder for blue

I have indigo powder, can I use it to color soap to denim blue? Has anyone tried this and how much did you use per pound?

I used it a couple days ago for the first time, I used it for a swirl When I unboxed my mold in the morning the top looked gray. After I cut it, it looked sort of blue and today it's denim blue...very nice! When I poured it, it was dark navy blue. I used about 2 tsp in 1 lb of soap. They suggest a miniscule amount but I can't imagine it would get too dark that way.

I have used TDO indigo blue in CP.
By mistake I used 2% of soap volume, instead of 2% of the amount of oil.
The soap became very dark, :shh: but the foam is white
