Totally new to soap making. Thought it would be easier to start off with melt and pour first. Uncased my first batch yesterday and had splitting of layers and that is how I found your forum. I know I didn't spray enough with rubbing alcohol now.
But I will keep with the melt and pour till I get the hang of it and then will move up to making my own.
Looking forward to learning more

Thanks all for the welcome and this forum has already been very helpful as my m&p started sweating and now I know why. My first batch was half successful and the issues I had I found out the reasons why. I am going to try another batch of m&p today. Hopefully it turns out for me.
