I'm from North Dakota, so I can't pass up a good bargain. Hazelnut Oil is on sale this month and I ordered a boatload. The oil has a short shelf life; therefore, the purpose of my post. I need ideas to use this oil! I am hoping that some decent research and good ideas from this board will help me use up all this oil before it goes bad. Based on present research, it appears the oil can be frozen for up to a year, which is good. If the guys and gals on this board have some innovative ways to use the oil in soaps, etc., please let me know. I'm open to anything. Thanks!

Because of the short shelf life of the oil I would use it at no more than 10-15% in any soap. I would also put some ROE into the oils as soon as you open them which will help some as well.
