Asking if anyone has ordered from ebay is like asking has anyone ordered from California. There are many ebay sellers of fo. Some are great, some are not. Some big time soap making supply companies have satalite sales through ebay. Some folks on ebay are selling stuff and they don't know what it is, if it is candle oil, skin safe oil, cut oil, etc. Each seller is an individual.
