Hi everyone,
This is my first year doing sales at the local boutiques. I started off the "season" with almost 500 bars of soap, which is my main product. I am at slightly over 200 after 2 sales and have 2 more sales coming up. A little nervous as I might be all sold out (which is YAY - a compliment to my business!). I would appreciate your words of wisdom on planning for the upcoming sales. Is there a number of product you target to have for a sale?
In addition to soaps I have a small amount of lotion bars and lip balms, but my main product is soap.
