I am very happy with my first attempt at a butterfly swirl. The cut just out of the mold. Big thanks to my friend Bob who made my cutter, first time using it. I need some practice with it as I see my hesitation marks but it is slick like butter using it.

Ooooh... this is so lovely. I never tried a butterfly swirl yet , but that is so encouraging.

Beautiful! I mostly do HP, so haven't tried that yet. Your pictures make me want to switch to CP! :)

Loriag, they are beautiful. You must have been so excited when you cut the loaf. It surely isn’t an easy technique, and you nailed the first time- impressive!
