donut/creme stick/cinna bun tarts question

I just seen on a couple of sites these adorable tarts... donuts and Iced Creme Stick Tarts.... Does anyone know where I can find a mold or tutorial on how to make these ???
I would also love to learn how to make cinna bun tarts too.

flexible molds has the silicone molds, its prob molds, you have to pour into them and let the wax cool and then you can decor them!! Good Luck
