Creme Brulee has sat for a week and it smells... better now.... I actually like it now! :)

At first I thought it had a fakey smell. Do you find that some scents that have a fake smell have to mellow or that they change over the curing time?

In my experience most scents do change for the good after a bit of a cure . I made some blueberry the other night that had the worst stink like dirty feet or something . I was sure it would be going out the door , today it is smelling divine. Go figure.

oh good! Thats what I was hoping. It had this fakey almost "plasticky" smell but now its fine! :)

I had the same issue with Warm Vanilla Sugar, I didn't like it at all when first soaped, but it's cured now for about 3 months, maybe more, and it is such a nice sugary mellow smell. One of my faves!
