Coloring question

I am very curious.....has anyone tried to mix oxide pigment with liquid oxide.

I have yellow oxide pigment powder that I mix with a bit of rubbing alcohol and use a dropper for easier dispensation. I also have blue oxide liquid (that I bought like that). Can I mix these two to make green?

I am a beginner soap maker.

I don't do MP, I do CP, but I mix colouring agents all the time. I use glycerine or a little castor oil to mix mine in. I mix pop mica's with liquid colourants, oxides, mica's. I don't see why you can't do it for MP, but don't count on me for the right answer~hopefully someone who is experienced in MP will answer this for you.
