Is it okay to stick my molds in the freezer to quicken the hardening process?

I put my MP in the freezer, but just long enough they the soaps are cold, so I can pop them out of the mold.

Yes, but the freezer will shrink the soap a bit so you do not want to put it in the freezer between layers. EX) If you have poured a white layer & place it in the freezer, it will shrink & pull slightly away from the sides, so if you go back & pour a second layer of say, red, that will ooze down between the side of your mold & the 1st later & you will have a mess.

I don't like using the freezer to harden soap faster,it makes the soap more prone to sweating.

IMHO, Some things are better done as nature intends it - don't nuke your soap and don't freeze it. Just sayin... :wink:
