I want to make a soap base from my soap scraps. So that I can use it in sugar scrubs, is it okay for me to put fragrance in the rebatched soap scraps that have already had fragrance in them? If so, how much should I use?
Can I add fragrance to already scented soap when rebatching?

I always do - but I have never rebatched by cooking up the soap - only by using it as confetti. So One would wonder if there might be an issue wiht fragrance overloading if you add the full (usual) amount for a new batch of soap, given that all the soap already has FO in it. I would probably err in the lighter side - maybe 2%? Choose an FO that has a high usage rate
