I have bought some black pepper EO and want to create a bar with lavender. I, tested in a 1 1b batch and have had 2 goes first using equal amounts, so 9g and 9g which smelt of nothing and then 12g BP and 6g lavender. i have to stick to 18g in total as UK licence rules are rather strict. The second lot didn't really smell of much either. My question, after all this, is, what experiences have you had using these combinations...have you found BP flighty. Lavender usually sticks for me so i'm assuming it is the bp but i want it to smell spicy with a hint of lav....thoughts really appreciated!!
