depends on where you are, what EOs you are looking for, what sorts of quantities you are looking to purchase, what quality level you need, what other items you might want to order at the same time....

I know EOs is not something easily search-able on the forum because it's such a short term, but take a wiz through the fragrance and EO area on the forum and see if you cannot find some info there.
