Ash on Soap

Hello, I've shied away from CP soap because of ash problems. I'd love to be able to make CP since they're so much more beautiful and easier to swirl. What can I do to keep the ash away? Is there something I can put in the oils or a particular combo of oils?

I cover my mold in wax paper after i pour...seems to help keep the ash away for me.

I am not sure if a particular oil combination will prevent it.

I spray my soap with rubbing alcohol at about 8 hours old. No ash here.

Yep! Rubbing alcohol! Covering in saran wrap helps too....

I cover my moulds with a layer of cling wrap and haven't had ash issues.

Mine go in the frig, no probs here.

Im using wodden mold, i just put put it wodden lid on

no ash
