Any ideas on/experience with packaging lotion bars?

I use twist-up tubes, and as long as you dont leave them in a hot car or something, they shouldn't get melty.

yep, I use the twist up tubes too, I also use the travel plastic soap cases that open up (the user can either use fingers to transfer the lotion to the skin or take the bar out of its case), I've also just poured a batch into pretty plastic heart shaped cases with lids on (can be used in the same way as the soap travel cases).
