Another preservative ?

Hello all,

I am in the process of making liquid african black soap..basically dissolving 2 cups of black soap into 4 cups of water. Will I need to add a preservative?

Bar soap doesn't need a preservative because there is no excess water, but IMO, when you dilute bar soap to make a liquid, then you need to add a preservative.
