Almond Butter?

Can this almond butter be used in soap? I think my Walmart carries it and I just want to know before I buy it.

Yes, but it would be an additive not a saponifiable fat. This isn't butter like shea butter, cocoa butter, etc, this is butter like peanut butter.

Oh ok. Is almond butter from a soap supply place the same?

No, almond butter from a soap supply store is a soaping butter. Usually its vegetable (soy) oil with some almond oil added in. Personally, I think you'd be better off using plain almond oil if you want almond.
