Okay, at the risk of asking a silly question, can someone who is allergic to glycerin use goat milk soap? I have a customer who has a family member allergic to it and asked me. Now I know glycerin is a natural by-product of soap so that is why I figured I would ask.

I would ask them by what they mean when they say they are allergic to glycerin, since glycerin can be derived from many different things (soy, palm, coconut, animal fats, etc). Or maybe they mean they're allergic to the detergents sometimes found in melt and pour soap, which many people call glycerin soap.

This is a good point. Didn't think of asking that. I will ask her.
Thank you!
