    Bars into liquid?

What I do with the tons of soap I find in all corners of my house: - I grate them and blend the grated soap with borax and washing soda to make washing powder (if you add the powders to the grated soap in the blender it will prevent the soap from clumping and it will produce a uniform...

    Need Help with Deodorant Recipe

I melted the butters (I used shea and coconut), added the oils (just a small quantity of argan and meadowfoam) and added the dry ingredients (enough to make a batter almost as thick as mashed potatoes), mixed it well, then added the vitamins and the ess oils and spooned it into an empty...

    Need Help with Deodorant Recipe

A solid deodorant I really liked was without wax, I found that the wax made it quite hard to use and sticky. I used butters/oils, clay (kaolin), baking soda, vit E and loads of essential oils. I don't know the proportions by heart (my notes are at home) but I think you can tweak the quantities...

    PVC Pipe liners?

I just rub mineral oil on them, no lining, and it works for my CP batches. I think for HP you should line them though or it will stick real bad :)

    SLS free

Hi guys! As a part of my market research I came across a soap bar that had "SLS free" written on the label in very large letters and on the ingredients (which was written in very small font) it listed "sodium laureth sulfate". I know that the laureth has a bigger molecule than the lauryl and...

    Lotion for pregnant womens belly?

Well done!!! I hope it works well for her :) I saw you also used Argan oil in your formulation, that's an excellent choice. I found it to be very helpful with my skin. How about adding some vitamin A to your lotion? Might be worth looking into it :)

    Lotion for pregnant womens belly?

Eric, Is your wife pregnant or has she already had the baby? (I can't really tell from your post) I think shea and cocoa butters can help with prevention but I don't know what you can do to help afterwards.
